Talent Pool Search

  • The Talent Pool Search will scan for candidates across the Elevate Open Market Talent Pool, and any private Talent Pools that are assigned to your account. 
  • Use this search to find active candidates to a niche role you are trying to fill

Users

  • Here you will find a list of all the user account created under your company employer account

User Groups

  • This a list of all user permissions organised into groups 
  • User groups allows the administrator to create groups with a set level of permissions. 
  • If you find that you do not have access to certain functions of the platform (e.g. cannot send messages to candidates; don't have access to Offer and Hires information) please contact your administrator or send us a message at Elevate Support and we will be more than happy to help

Account info

  • Your personal details: name, email address, employer

Change password and email address

  • You can change your password as long as you know your current one from within the platform
  • Change your email address
